Playing and chewing are natural canine behaviors. Though some dogs will play or chew more than others, dog toys are essential items for all dogs. In fact, behavior problems can develop when dogs do not have the proper outlets to follow their instincts.
Dog toy options are nearly endless, so choosing toys for your dog can be overwhelming. Some owners end up with a heap of toys gathering dust because they do not interest their dogs. How do you choose toys that your dog will actually like? A dog's toy preference depends on her personal style of playing and chewing. Try a few different types of toys for your dog and learn how she likes to play and chew. If you seem to end up with too many toys, try putting a bunch of them away for a while and reintroduce them in the future. Months later, your dog will think they are brand new. You can use the following list as a guide to choosing the best toys for your dog.
It's important to remember that all toys can pose a risk if your dog ingests them, so play should be supervised, especially with aggressive chewers. No matter how durable a toy seems, there is still a possibility that pieces can be chewed off and ingested.

Glad I chose this vet to come to, it's a very friendly setting. The staff and DR. are very professional, and caring.
The second I called, and they picked up it seemed like they really wanted to help fix the problem, and care for my pups.
Very speedy service if you call ahead of time. My puppies tails also healed perfectly.
This will be my go-to vet. Recommended in my book.
Can't go wrong with Dr. Gill. He knows his stuff and is passionate about his line of profession. His prices are very reasonable and his staff is top notch. Rest assured your dog/cat is in good hands at Haymont Pet Clinic!
I'm a new customer with a 5 week old puppy that needed deworming. I was able to get my appointment within hours and the location is easy to find so it was a win win situation all around. Dr. Gill was friendly, attentive , and explained everything to us. His assistant was pleasant, swift, and accommodating. The exam was free so we found it extremely affordable. There weren't any wired smells and fur all over the place, it was very clean and inviting. Two thumbs up!! Zofia and I will be back!!
Update!! Two days after her appointment I had a specific question about pup pup. I was expecting to leave a message when low and behold the Dr. actually took the call right away and not only answered my questions but had referrals for us. Additionally, the follow up appointment went very well as expected.
